The First Idea: A Smart Plug Built for Egypt
The founding team wasn't looking to disrupt a global market. The goal was simpler and more urgent: build a smart plug that actually works in Egypt.

The hardware is built around an ESP32 microcontroller — powerful, compact, and flexible enough to run our entire IoT stack. After months of prototyping, testing, and iterating in real Cairo apartments, the first TS Smart Plug was ready.
