Apps & Games Privacy Policy

What our mobile apps and games collect, why, and the choices you have

This Privacy Policy explains how Techs-Solutions (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information in the mobile apps and games we publish on Google Play and other app stores (each an “App”). It applies to every App that links to this page.

Last updated: 19 October 2026. Our TS Smart Home app has its own privacy policy.

1The Short Version

  • You can play without an account. We never ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
  • Your progress and settings are saved on your device.
  • We receive anonymous gameplay statistics (not linked to who you are), which you can turn off in the App’s settings.
  • If you send us a message, we receive what you write, plus a name and email only if you choose to add them.
  • Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which has its own data practices and asks for your consent where the law requires it.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

2Information We Collect

2.1 Progress and settings on your device

Game progress, in-game currency, unlocked items, achievements and your settings are stored on your device and are not sent to us (except as part of the anonymous statistics below). They are removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

2.2 Anonymous gameplay statistics

To learn how many people play, how often, and where players get stuck, an App may send us:

  • A random install ID created when the App is first opened. It is not your name, email, account, phone number or advertising ID, and it changes if you reinstall the App.
  • The App version and platform (for example Android).
  • Gameplay events: when the App is opened, levels or runs started, how each level ended and how long it took, in-game items bought with in-game currency, achievements and daily challenges completed, and whether an ad was shown.

You can stop these statistics at any time with the “Share anonymous play stats” switch in the App’s settings. Statistics recorded while you are offline are stored on your device and sent later.

2.3 Messages you send us

When you use “Contact us”, “Report a problem” or a similar form, we receive:

  • Your message and the topic you chose (for example a feature idea, a game idea or a problem).
  • Your name and email address, only if you choose to enter them (needed only if you want a reply).
  • The App version, platform and your device’s operating system version, to help us fix problems.
  • The IP address the message was sent from, to block spam and abuse.

2.4 Advertising

Our Apps show ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect or receive information such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address, approximate location (based on IP address), device and App information, and how you interact with ads. Where you allow it, Google may also use this information to personalize ads.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other places where the law requires it, the App shows Google’s consent message so you can choose how your data is used for ads. You can change your choice at any time with “Ad privacy options” in the App’s settings. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

2.5 Lists of our other apps

Some Apps download a list of our other apps and games to show in a “More games” section. This request contains no personal information beyond what any internet request includes (such as your IP address, which our servers may log briefly for security).

2.6 Purchases

If an App offers purchases with real money, payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the relevant app store. We never receive your card or bank details.

3How We Use Information

  • To run the App and save your progress on your device.
  • To understand how the App is played and improve levels, difficulty and features.
  • To read and reply to your messages and fix the problems you report.
  • To show ads that keep our Apps free, and to measure them.
  • To keep our services secure and prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with the law.

4Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Google AdMob, to provide ads as described above.
  • Service providers that run our services for us: Google Cloud (servers and databases) and Zoho Mail (when we reply to you by email).
  • Google Play and other app stores, which distribute our Apps under their own privacy policies.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users or of Techs-Solutions.

5How Long We Keep Information

  • Detailed gameplay events: up to 180 days.
  • Daily totals per install ID (for example rooms played that day): as long as they help us understand long-term trends.
  • Messages you send us: as long as needed to handle your request and improve the App, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Information on your device: until you uninstall the App or clear its data.

6Children

Our Apps are made for a general audience, and children may play them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the higher age set by local law). Anonymous gameplay statistics do not identify anyone, and the name and email fields in our contact forms are optional.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example an email address in a message, contact us and we will delete it. If one of our Apps is designed for children, ads in that App are requested as child-directed and are not personalized, in line with Google Play’s Families policy.

7Your Choices and Rights

  • Turn off anonymous statistics with “Share anonymous play stats” in the App’s settings.
  • Change your ad choices with “Ad privacy options” in the App’s settings, or reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
  • Delete the information stored on your device by uninstalling the App or clearing its data.
  • Ask us for a copy of, or the deletion of, messages you sent us.

Because gameplay statistics are anonymous, we usually cannot tell which ones are yours; turning them off stops any further collection. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal data, to object to its use, and to complain to your data protection authority. We rely on our legitimate interests to collect anonymous statistics, keep our services secure and answer messages, and on your consent (collected through Google’s consent message) for personalized ads.

8Security and Storage

Information sent between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Our servers are hosted by Google Cloud in the European Union, and access is limited to authorized people. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our Apps change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make important changes, we will tell you in the App or on this page.
